Shipping and returns
DELIVERY DELAYS ARE EXPECTED
We are working as usual, but please note that delivery delays are expected especially for international post. We ask for your patience and apologise for any inconvenience in such cases.
It's important to me that you are happy with your item. If for any reason you aren't happy with it, let me know so I can make it right. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org.
-If you want to return or exchange an item, I ask that you let me know within a week of receiving the item.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Buyer needs to return items only using tracked shipping method and have proof of posting.
- Once I receive the item, I will refund the cost of the item or exchange only if it is unused and undamaged.
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Shipping time to UK takes about 2-3 business days (does not include weekends and bank holidays).
Shipping time outside UK takes about 9-15 working days.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs or pandemic.
